No refunds for services. If you are unsatisfied with your service please bring it to our attention within 24 hours of your original appointment and we will do our best to make it right.

We will exchange any haircare product or skin care within two weeks of purchase. No Refunds for product. Any makeup, makeup brushes or hair brushes are a final sale.

No refunds will be given for gift cads purchases. No cash value. Gift card must be present for redemption.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 day (48 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service(s). 

Running late?

Please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note if you are late, we reserve the right to either reschedule the appointment or take that time off of your service time and the price will still be the full cost for service(s).
